Editing magic!
Editing with digital photography is an important part of the creative process for me. When I shoot my photos are never presented in the original form. I hand edit every single image that you receive. Editing is one of my favorite parts of the process and takes some time to get every image perfect.
I thought it would be fun to do some before and after edits from some recent shoots this summer.
I don’t often show how I edit my work and maybe that is to keep a facade that it just looks that way out of camera, but actually it doesn’t. But I have come to realize that there is no need to hide because the end result is really what matters most anyway. Plus it can be cool to see where an image started from.
